Who you're learning from

Meet theFounders

Two practicing advertisers. One builds the strategy, the other reads the numbers.

Jana

The one behind the strategy.

Jana Bishop has spent more than ten years running Facebook and Instagram ads for small businesses — and teaching other people to run their own. She's taught Meta advertising strategy to more than 17,000 people.

She is best known for Facebook Ads Bootcamp, the course that taught a generation of small business owners to run their own campaigns. She's also the creator of the Buyers Not Bots methodology and the Cliffhanger Formula™ for carousel ads, and the author of a library that includes Meta Match, Buyers Not Bots, Cherry-Picked Buyers, Carousel Ads, and Algorithm Ads.

She also consults with a small number of private clients.

Eliana

The one reading your numbers.

Eliana reads the numbers. Account diagnostics, performance patterns, and the why is this ad set doing that questions that stop most business owners cold — that's her half of the partnership, and it's the half most ads education skips.

She has run her own agency and spent thousands of hours coaching business owners through their first campaigns and reading account metrics line by line. Getting people started on ads — properly, without the guesswork — is the work she has done most.

Her courses are in the library too: The Meta Command Center, Metrics Maven, and The Revenue Rocket.

Together they co-founded and run both First Wave and The Yacht, their by-application done-for-you Meta ads agency.

What it is

First Wave, in four parts.

A Meta ads membership for small business owners who run their own advertising. It lives on Skool.

The full course library

Not a sample. The complete catalog from both founders — Meta Match, Buyers Not Bots, Cherry-Picked Buyers, Carousel Ads, Algorithm Ads, The Meta Command Center, Metrics Maven, The Revenue Rocket, and everything added going forward.

A live monthly Q&A

With Jana and Eliana, where members bring real accounts, real ads, and real numbers.

The community room

Based on where members actually spend their time, this is where a lot of the value is landing. Ads questions get answered by people currently running ads.

Ongoing support

Help across the year, so you're not stranded between launches.

Who it's for

  • Course creators selling digital products who need cold traffic to convert
  • Coaches filling programs and running application funnels
  • Service-based businesses booking consultations and discovery calls
  • Brick-and-mortar businesses driving local foot traffic and bookings

The common thread: you're running your own ads, or you want to, and you'd rather understand the machine than rent someone else's understanding of it.

Who it's not for

  • Anyone looking for someone else to run their ads. That's The Yacht, not First Wave.
  • Anyone expecting results without spending ad budget. Training doesn't replace media spend.
  • Large agencies managing enterprise accounts. The material is built for owner-operators.

It is not sold separately and is not taught anywhere else.

Why it's built this way

What makes this different.

Most Meta ads education is either a $2,000 course you take once, or a free tip that doesn't survive contact with your actual ad account. First Wave is priced so that staying is easier than leaving, and structured so the answer to your question arrives the same week you have it.

The BotCamp material exists because Jana saw the shift early: people have started asking AI assistants for recommendations instead of scrolling search results, and almost no small business is structured to be found that way. First Wave members were the first group taught how.
